Kiah Martin provides legal advocacy tailored to each of her client’s goals. Originally from Iowa City, Kiah moved to Wisconsin in 2019 and never looked back. She cares deeply for Wisconsin families and has dedicated her practice to assisting clients through the confusing and emotional world of family law with clarity and grace.
After undergraduate studies at Carthage College, she attended Marquette University Law School where she was inducted into the Pro Bono Honor Society for dedicating her time to assisting Milwaukee community members in filling out the extensive family law documents in the Family Forms clinic. She also spent her pro bono and internship time in Bankruptcy and TPR/CHIPs proceedings, focusing on the role of Guardian ad Litems. Family law has always been at the center of her legal studies.
Since starting with Divergent Family Law as an intern during law school, Kiah has been closely mentored and coached by the top family law team. All of her cases are met with a sharp eye and a compassionate approach. She knows that each family law case is different, and she is ready to focus in on the specific goals of you and your family in her representation.
